Terms You should know before registration

This Amar Foundation Trust has been created only to fulfill its social responsibility. In which we all will continue to support each other. The age for membership in this group has been fixed from 18 years to 70 years. One can remain a statutory member of this group only for a maximum period of 75 years. Any person will be considered a legal member of A MAR F FOUNDATION T RUST only as long as he continues to cooperate. To become a legal member of this group, it is mandatory to fill the registration form.
All members are equal in Amar Foundation Trust, yes it is true that some members have been given some posts to fulfill some additional responsibilities.

In any circumstances, the decision of the Core Committee will be final and valid because all the people have become its members to fulfill their social responsibilities and not for any profit.
If any untoward incident occurs, the core committee will investigate it and after the investigation, only one appeal will be made for cooperation. Amar Foundation Trust will have no control over who gets how much assistance on appeal. This will depend on the wishes of all our members, because the Trust expects that if you wish to remain its statutory member, you will continue to cooperate on every appeal. To cooperate or not will depend on the wishes of the members. There will be no pressure of any kind on him. This is a collective effort of all of us in which we and you have to cooperate to help someone in need, just like when a Yagya/Havan is held, people make sacrifices in it, in the same way, you and I come together to help some real victim. Will give 25, 50 rupees as offering in the Yagya.

First of all you will have to fill the registration form and for this you will have to pay the prescribed fee of Rs 100 (only once in your life). After 01 month of your registration, you will be considered its statutory member. During this period, you will have to cooperate in whatever is prescribed as offering in that Yagya programme.

1. 01- All those people whose age is above 18 years and below 70 years can become its members.
02- Becoming a member is voluntary, there will be no pressure of any kind.
2. 03- Your validity can be terminated if you do not cooperate in this program.
3. 04- If any untoward incident happens, the officials of Amar Foundation Trust, who will be the people between us and you, will appeal for donation in the nominee's account after verifying.
4. 05- You will have to mention your illness while registering, otherwise no support will be given in case of death due to illness.
5. 06- This is a process that runs with the cooperation of us, you and everyone. There will be no dispute of any kind on whatever is to be received in the form of cooperation.
6. 07- In case of any untoward incident (death of a member), whatever amount of contribution will be made as donation will go directly to the nominee's account.
7. 08- All this will depend on the willingness of all the members.
8. 09- The number of members will continue to increase with our and your cooperation.
9. 10- No one will be considered a statutory member merely by registering.
10. 11- Will be considered a statutory member only after 01 month from the date of registration.
11. 12- You can make anyone a nominee like wife/husband, daughter, son, nephew, niece, nephew, grandchild, mother, father, any friend, relative, trust, organization, you can make anyone a nominee. .
12. 13- Please give complete details of the nominee.
13. 14- Since the contribution amount will go directly into the nominee's account, there will be no possibility of fraud/dishonesty.
14. 15- This program has to be organized by us and you. Therefore, the greater the number of our family in the form of Amar Foundation Trust, the more we will be able to help each other. Therefore, we will all strive to increase the number of its members.

From the time you become a statutory member after one month of registration (God forbid any unexpected incident happens to you), if something like this happens then considering you as a statutory member, all the members of Amar Foundation Trust will donate Rs 25-50. Or whatever is pre-determined, everyone will do it.

The aim of Amar Foundation Trust is that in the next few days our number should increase so much that an amount of more than Rs 25 lakh reaches the account of each nominee. At the same time, it should be the endeavor of all of us to ensure that an amount of more than Rs 50 lakh goes into the account of every nominee in 2024 itself, so that if any untoward incident happens to any member of our Amar Foundation Trust family, the nominee can have a respectable life.
